    Community Living Manager (CLM)

    The Community Living Manager position is a two year program in which participants both work and live at a Target Alternative Living Unit (ALU) and take classes toward their Masters of Science in Human Services Management at McDaniel College. To complete the position and receive their MS, CLMs must complete the two year employment with Target and maintain good standing at McDaniel.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree with a 2.5 minimum GPA is required (special consideration is given to individuals holding a degree in psychology, social work, sociology, behavioral science or other related field)
    • Valid drivers license with two or fewer points
    • Applicant must be willing to provide a two year commitment to the position and should be prepared to work flexible hours and days.
    • All CLM applicants must submit to a criminal background check.

    Community Living Assistant (CLA)

    Positions available working with adults with developmental disabilities in a alternative living unit setting. This is a direct care position, and applicants must be willing to work flexible hours and days. Afternoon, evening and overnight shifts are available. Experience is preferred but not required

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid drivers license with two or fewer points
    • Good communication skills are a must.

    All CLA applicants must submit to a criminal background check.
