Target Community and Educational Services, Inc. has been serving individuals with disabilities since 1983. We currently employ approximately 150 individuals in both Carroll and Montgomery Counties. Community Living Manager (CLM)The Community Living Manager position is a two year program in which participants both work and live at a Target Alternative Living Unit (ALU) and take classes toward their Masters of Science in Human Services Management at McDaniel College. Community Living Assistant (CLA)Positions available working with adults with developmental disabilities in a alternative living unit setting. This is a direct care position, and applicants must be willing to work flexible hours and days. Afternoon, evening and overnight shifts are available.
