Community Living Services

At Target Community & Educational Services, Inc., we understand that each individual we serve has a distinct and personal set of needs. We strive to provide community living services that provide for the unique needs of each consumer while providing structure and integration into the larger community. To this end, Target offers a cohort of community living services to cover the needs of a wide range of individuals with disabilities. Our most intensive community living program is our Traditional ALU Program in which two or three consumers live in Alternative Living Units (ALUs) within the community. We also offer an Apartment Program in Montgomery County, and we offer Drop-In Services to individuals in both Carroll and Montgomery Counties.
