Target's 2007 Bull & Oyster Roast a Great Success!

One of our favorite events is the annual Bull & Oyster Roast.  It provides a great opportunity for friends of Target Community & Educational Services to come together in a laid back atmosphere to enjoy live music, good conversation and, of course, all-you-can-eat pit beef and raw oysters. The Bull Roast features an exciting 50/50 raffle with $7,500 in prizes and other activities for clients, families, and staff.

Target's Bull & Oyster Roast, held on October 6th, 2007 at Woodlawn Manor in Sandy Springs was a great success.  The Woodlawn Manor is a beautiful and relaxing location.  Harry's Main Street Grill provided a delicious banquet featuring pit beef, oysters, and their signature hot dogs. Great appreciation goes out to the Gonzo Cowboys for the wonderful music!  The activities were enjoyed by many including a Texas Hold'em Tournament, field games, and bingo.  Of course, the excitement rose as the drawing of the winning raffle numbers were drawn!  Congratulations go out to each of this year's winners: $200 - Chris Ruppert, $300 - Robert Wack, $400 - Kay & Jim Pitts, $500 - Neil Feldman, $700 - The Joseph Family, $900 - Target (ticket donated by sponsor), and $1,500 each was won by Jim Breuer, Kay & Jim Pitts, and LouAnn King. Be sure to try your luck by purchasing a raffle ticket next year!
